1. 接受条款 1. Acceptance of Terms

下载、安装或使用口袋工坊即表示您同意受本条款的约束。如果您不同意这些条款，请不要使用该应用。 By downloading, installing, or using Pockecraft, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the app.

2. 服务说明 2. Description of Service

口袋工坊是一款 iOS 应用程序，允许用户使用 AI 驱动的代码生成来创建个性化工具。用户用自然语言描述需求，应用会生成在设备上本地运行的功能性网页工具。 Pockecraft is an iOS application that allows users to create personalized tools using AI-powered code generation. Users describe their needs in natural language, and the app generates functional web-based tools that run locally on the device.

3. 用户责任 3. User Responsibilities

您同意： You agree to:

• 仅将应用用于合法目的 Use the app only for lawful purposes
• 不使用应用创建有害、攻击性或非法的工具 Not use the app to create tools that are harmful, offensive, or illegal
• 不尝试对应用进行逆向工程、修改或分发 Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the app
• 不使用应用生成侵犯知识产权的内容 Not use the app to generate content that infringes on intellectual property rights

4. AI 生成的内容 4. AI-Generated Content

通过口袋工坊创建的工具由人工智能生成。虽然我们致力于提供高质量的服务： Tools created through Pockecraft are generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for quality:

• 我们不保证生成工具的准确性、可靠性或适用性 We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or fitness of generated tools
• 生成的工具可能包含错误或意外行为 Generated tools may contain errors or unexpected behavior
• 您有责任在依赖工具之前对其进行审查和测试 You are responsible for reviewing and testing tools before relying on them
• 我们对使用生成工具造成的任何损害不承担责任 We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use of generated tools

5. 订阅 5. Subscriptions

口袋工坊提供可选的订阅计划（"口袋工坊 Pro"），提供额外功能： Pockecraft offers optional subscription plans ("Pockecraft Pro") that provide additional features:

• 订阅通过您的 Apple ID 帐户计费 Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account
• 订阅会自动续订，除非在当前周期结束前至少 24 小时取消 Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• 您可以在 App Store 帐户设置中管理或取消订阅 You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings
• 不提供部分订阅期的退款 No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods

6. 知识产权 6. Intellectual Property

口袋工坊应用（包括其设计、功能和品牌）为我们所有，受知识产权法保护。您使用应用创建的工具归您所有，您可以自由使用。 The Pockecraft app, including its design, features, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. Tools you create using the app are yours to use as you see fit.

7. 免责声明 7. Disclaimer of Warranties

本应用按"原样"提供，不提供任何明示或暗示的保证。我们不保证应用将不间断运行、无错误或不含有害组件。 THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

8. 责任限制 8. Limitation of Liability

在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对因使用本应用而产生的任何间接、附带、特殊、后果性或惩罚性损害承担责任。 TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

9. 条款变更 9. Changes to Terms

我们保留随时修改本条款的权利。在变更后继续使用应用即表示接受新条款。 We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. 终止 10. Termination
